Chad.
Chad walked down the street, hood over his head, and hand in pockets. He felt alone, as usual, any kid his age would be thinking about cars, or school, but not Chad, he had the whole national government hunting him. Chad walked past a window display of TVs showing the news, and as usual, showing a picture of him, though it was blurry. He continued walking down the sidewalk and crowded streets, he kept his yellow eyes hidden behind his hood, even though he was invisible to everyone except other psychics who could sense his presence. Once he got to a run-down part of New York City, what used to be Brooklyn, he went to his hideout, a dilapidated old school, he settled down in his bed. He knew something had to be done against the government, the government who had taken him away from his parents, whom he did not know, once it was known he was a psychic, and then they put him in the S.l., a dark, gothic, and sadistic group of psychics. There were three people he want to get revenge against; Lucius, the high priest of the S.L., Gen. Fox, who captured and tortured Chad for half- a- year, and Pres. Freedman, the current president without a term. Soon Chad would set out to get his revenge!
